DAY #8 - York, Nebraska to Greeley, Colorado

Today was a VERY long travel day with a lot of THIS!!  N.o.t.h.i.n.g.!!

And we also saw a LOT of this as well......at least it was not raining or storming.

We DID get to see a fancy bridge.  If we had not been on a serious time schedule, we would have stopped to investigate a little bit.

This was such a TRUE sign....We KNEW we were 'nowhere' when we saw this store sign.

BUT.....we finally made it into WYOMING!!!

And not to many miles down the road to COLORADO.

We started seeing some of the beautiful ROCKY MOUNTAINS off in the distance.  We'll be seeing more of those tomorrow on our travels.

What a pleasant surprise when we discovered that we would be able to visit the Ft. Collins Colorado Temple Open House.  Today was the last day.

Billy and Charlotte Hardgrave met us there and went with us.

For dinner tonight we went to the CATTLEMAN'S RESTAURANT in Greeley.....got to love the 'full service bar' part of the menu......LOVE IT!

We got to have dinner with the Hardgraves as well as Mark and Diane Marion, one of Mel and Denises's sons and daughter-in-law.

It was SO much fun to be able to spend the evening with everyone!!!
And, the adventure just keeps on happening!!!
