We got to watch conference in Becky and David's home in Flagstaff. It was an excellent first session.
Becky got a little cross stitch project worked on in between taking notes.
Crew and Grandpa were enjoying in their own way......
and Claire and Grandma were crocheting.
In between Conference sessions we decided to take a little close-by hike.
So, we headed over to the WALNUT CANYON NATIONAL PARK.
We found a TARANTULA as we were hiking on the trail through the cliff dweller caves.
I got just as close as I wanted to....which was NOT very close!
A little selfie along the route was in order....of course.
There were a LOT of steps to climb on this 1 mile hike.
When we got back from the hike we headed over to the club house....GREAT views.
As we walked around the neighborhood we saw some beautiful fall leaves. LOVE THEM!!!
And as the sun started setting, the sky was so pretty over the little lake close by their home.
Looking forward to General Conference again tomorrow!!! Hope everyone is enjoying Conference as well and having a GREAT weekend.
